Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable resources, including the MatchMe™ Residency Application Toolkit, are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been provided, refunds, returns, and exchanges cannot be issued.
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a purchased product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Coaching and Consulting Services
Refunds for coaching, consulting, and educational services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
